Boxercise Circuits
This is an excellent strength and conditioning class that will get your heart rate up and burn loads of calories whilst having fun!
Boxercise Skills
This is an excellent starter class. If you haven’t exercised before, feel nervous at the thought of wearing boxing gloves or are just back to exercise after injury or ill health.
Class Times
Classes will be run every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Classes will run for 1 hour each from 9:30 am - 10:30 am and then again in the evening 6:15 pm - 7:15 pm.
How Do I Book & How Much Is It?
Classes will be held on a pay as you train basis. They are £5 per class and booking can be made via the link below or with our in house trainer.
What You Need To Know
Sessions typically involve hitting focus pads with boxing gloves or mitts, but does Not involve hitting opponents! This will be interspersed with typical circuit type exercises.
How Big Are The Groups?
The classes are small and not intimidating making it fun for everyone. A maximum of 10 people will be able to take a class at any one time.
What's Included?
When you attend a class you will be given all the correct equipment you may need.
What Do I Wear?
You will need breathable gym gear, trainers, bring a towel and plenty of water to keep hydrated throughout the workout.
