The answer; health and wellbeing is one of the fastest-growing trends and markets, people are wanting to look and feel GREAT. So it was about time to put the two together. Our trainer Karen will be hosting weekly boxercise classes for all ages and abilities. In addition to these classes, our trainer will be taking 1 on 1 personal session. We are community-driven and want to involve as many of you as we can daily. Ladies' this is a great opportunity to get fit with friends and family in a great new space. Morning classes will be available just after the school run, so come down and see what it's all about.
The boxing gym will be home to weekly classes which will be put on for anyone willing to give it ago. Classes for all kinds of ability, it will be a great way to get/ keep fit in a community environment. Classes to include boxercise skills and boxercise circuits.
Boxercise Circuits
This is an excellent strength and conditioning class that will get your heart rate up and burn loads of calories whilst having fun!
Boxercise Skills
This is an excellent starter class. If you haven’t exercised before, feel nervous at the thought of wearing boxing gloves or are just back to exercise after injury or ill health.
Class Times
Classes will be run every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Classes will run for 1 hour each from 9:30 am - 10:30 am and then again in the evening 6:15 pm - 7:15 pm.
How Do I Book & How Much Is It?
Classes will be held on a pay as you train basis. They are £5 per class and booking can be made via the link below or with our in house trainer.
What You Need To Know
Sessions typically involve hitting focus pads with boxing gloves or mitts, but does Not involve hitting opponents! This will be interspersed with typical circuit type exercises.
How Big Are The Groups?
The classes are small and not intimidating making it fun for everyone. A maximum of 10 people will be able to take a class at any one time.
What's Included?
When you attend a class you will be given all the correct equipment you may need.
What Do I Wear?
You will need breathable gym gear, trainers, bring a towel and plenty of water to keep hydrated throughout the workout.

No-Show / Cancellation Terms
Please, if you know you’re definitely not going to make your appointment, or you miss an appointment without letting us know, we kindly ask that you pay the outstanding amount to the Monzo account.
Due to no-shows, the barbers lose valuable working time and income, which has a direct impact on the business and the other barbers working in the shop.

Any payments received through this account help cover the barber who has lost the appointment, whether that’s myself, Santi, Scott or one of the other barbers in the shop.
I really don’t like having to enforce this, but it’s simply to try and reduce no-shows and support the business and the barbers who rely on their appointments.
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange.
